Graham Hiscocks qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 with Arthur Andersen & Co before joining Ultra Electronic Controls (part of Dowty Group) as financial accountant in 1982 and then R J Reynolds Tobacco (UK) as Finance Director in 1985.

Graham joined Waterman Group in 1993 as Finance Director and Company Secretary. He has been heavily involved in acquisitions and overseen the introduction of new accounting and reporting systems. In recognition of the increasing legal and compliance obligations, he moved across to focus on secretarial, legal and corporate governance matters from 2010.
