Having a good company culture has benefits for our company both internally by having common goals and alignment in decision making leading to increased efficiency and cohesion, and externally by providing a consistent experience for our clients.
In order that these benefits can be realised our culture needs to be defined and managed. Our culture can be managed by identifying core values which provide the tools to manage behaviours, and hence our culture.
