Our Kazakhstan office opened its doors in 2007 and currently employs over 20 technical staff. The office is located in Almaty and also covers projects in Astana. Our technical personnel are working on a range of multi-disciplinary projects throughout Kazakhstan and Russia.

We are actively involved in projects in the Commercial, Hotel, Residential, Retail, Sports & Leisure, and Urban Regeneration sectors. We offer structural and civil engineering, building services, due diligence analysis, environmental analysis, design appraisal, master planning and site inspection services.

Each project is assessed individually and the appropriate method is employed to achieve the optimum value and benefit for our clients. Senior staff members are involved on all projects to ensure our clients always have direct access to management who can make informative and speedy decisions.

We have in depth knowledge of the approval system in Kazakhstan and are fully aware of the requirements for each stage of the project process; we are therefore able to provide documentation on engineering matters in the correct style and format and if required we have the ability to take a lead role.
