Obviously we don't want it to be all work and no play and have therefore recently introduced a multi-disciplinary graduate forum which provides both a social and support network for all our graduates. This has proved beneficial in providing our graduates with the opportunity to work together and to feed back their ideas for the benefit of the rest of our company. The social events that are organised by the graduates are supported and often part-funded by us, and enable those not working in the same departments to interact in an informal environment, whilst forming knowledge sharing links for project work.
