Chelsea & Westminster Hospital is internationally recognised as a healthcare facility of exemplary design quality.

The Chelsea and Westminster is a 650 bed teaching hospital, which comprises a double basement constructed with 500 tonnes of structural steel, a separate staff residence building and a mental health unit.

The design boasts a large public atrium space for arts, cultural activities and the promotion of community ties.  Based around eight atria spaces and more than 70 departments, the main building has a floor area of 90,000m².

This project incorporates fast build techniques previously developed in the commercial sector, and the project area is approximately 120,000m².
