Watermans team have collaborated closely with Architect Nettleton Tribe, developer Cedar Pacific, and operating partner UniLodge in the design of the building. Waterman Director Brian Mason, said: “I’m pleased to see construction progressing well on this exciting development which will provide a major boost to the student accommodation offering in Melbourne. The development is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Rating which is unique for this style of facility. Through a collaborative team approach, we have been able to help the client achieve a high level of student amenity and fantastic sustainability outcomes. This will help make 303 La Trobe Street both a popular and sustainable place to live for future generations of students. I look forward to seeing the project steadily progress towards completion in the near future.”
