Alexandro Justin shortlisted for CIBSE Apprentice of the Year award
Waterman is delighted that Alexandro Justin has been shortlisted for the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers’ (CIBSE’s) Apprentice of the Year award.
Based in our Nottingham office, Alexandro is an Apprentice Mechanical Engineer who joined our team straight from college in September 2017 after previously completing a work experience placement with us.
Over the past few years his skillset and experience has continued to grow, with Alexandro now contributing to all of Nottingham office’s major projects. He recently completed his end point assessment with CIBSE and is set to commence the third year of the Level 6 Building Services Design Engineer Apprenticeship at Coventry University in the coming weeks.
CIBSE’s Apprentice of the Year award celebrates the valuable skills gained from apprenticeships, both practical and through relevant work experience. It allows the CIBSE community to recognise future stars in the early stages of their careers, acknowledging the crucial contribution they are making towards the future success of our industry.
Nick Harrison, Waterman’s Group Learning & Development Manager, said: “I am delighted to see Alexandro shortlisted for this prestigious award. It is testament to his hard work, dedication, adaptability and thirst for knowledge. To be shortlisted is a fine achievement, and we all wish him the best of luck with the next stage of the award.”
