Fen Court shortlisted for CN Awards
Waterman are delighted that Fen Court has been nominated for Project of the Year (over £50m) and Sustainable Project of the Year within the upcoming Construction News (CN) Awards.
Renowned for showcasing the very best projects within the construction industry, the Awards are coveted as a badge of excellence for the finalists in each of its 21 categories.
The exciting 15-storey Fen Court development, designed by world-leading Eric Parry Architects and developed by Generali Real Estate, is recognisable by its unique glass crown and features 420,000 ft of vibrant retail units on the lower levels, four-storey basement and flexible commercial offices.
Above the ninth floor, the building sets back to showcase one of London’s largest rooftop restaurants, ‘The Restaurant at 120’, and a public garden providing magnificent views across the City.
Waterman’s building services, sustainability and acoustic teams were appointed to work closely alongside Development Manager CORE, Greycoat and Sir Robert McAlpine for this prestigious project.
The Awards will be hosted at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 11 July.
