Waterman Group plc is a leading international multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy, providing sustainable solutions to meet the planning, engineering design and project delivery needs of the property, infrastructure, energy, and environmental markets.
Due to our expanding workload, we are seeking to offer a role to a candidate who has completed, or who is in between their landscape Degree and Masters course who is keen to enter the world of landscape consultancy. You would be working within one of our offices as part of our multi-disciplinary team to gain valuable experience on the wide range of projects we have running or are in the pipeline. The multi-disciplinary nature of the business offers the scope for being involved in a wide number of large scale projects such as urban extensions and city centre regeneration sites through to smaller residential, retail, energy and commercial work. Specific landscape services to be undertaken will include Landscape and Townscape Visual Impact Assessments, Landscape Design and Arboriculture. Project experience will range from drawing and graphic production, report writing through to site survey work, with wider opportunities to support our ecology team with survey work.
We would keen to hear from students currently nearing completion of their Landscape Architecture course who have the following skills:
• 3 A levels (A-C); Landscape Architecture Degree, or Masters Degree
• Student/ Licentiate member of the Landscape Institute
• Competent with AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, and Adobe Illustrator CC.
• Proficient at hand drawing and excellent graphic presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Full and clean driving licence.
