Across three buildings, 35,000 m2 of office space provides a variety of work place settings and roof terraces. Our team in Dublin were appointed by Kennedy Wilson to provide civil and structural engineering services and construction-related health and safety advisory services on the project.
Another Waterman Moylan project, Block I at Central Park in Dublin, was also shortlisted for ‘Commercial / Office Building Project of the Year’ within the IBDA. Alongside the adjacent Block H, Block I is the second new office building our team in Dublin were appointed on as part of the prestigious Central Park Campus expansion.
