33 Central and St James’s Market shortlisted for Property Awards

We are delighted that two of our projects have been shortlisted for the Property Awards 2017. 33 Central has been shortlisted for ‘Deal of the Year’ and St James’s Market has been shortlisted for ‘The Placemaking Award.’

33-central-hubThe category ‘Deal of the Year’ aims to recognise ground-breaking corporate or property deals in 2016 which has had a major Impact in the past year. 33 Central is the development of a Grade A office building in Central London. We are proud to have provided structural engineering services for this prestigious project.

 

St-James's-Market-HubThe category ‘The Placemaking Award’ aims to reward commercial or mixed-use developments that have regenerated or physically improved the built environment on and around a particular site, disused building or location. St James’s Market is the redevelopment of two blocks of commercial buildings into mixed-use retail/commercial buildings between Regent Street and Haymarket, London. We were appointed by The Crown Estate to deliver structural engineering services as part of their redevelopment plan for the St James’s area.

The winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony which will be held on 4th April 2017 at the Grosvenor House, London.
