8 Finsbury Circus wins RIBA National Award

We are delighted that our project 8 Finsbury Circus has won the RIBA National Award 2017.

The RIBA National Awards are given to buildings across the UK recognised as significant contributions to architecture.

8 Finsbury Circus is a 17,000m2 commercial property of remarkable architectural design by WilkinsonEyre.

Waterman was appointed by Stanhope and Mitsubishi Estate to provide structural engineering services on this prestigious project.

8 Finsbury Circus will now be considered for the prestigious RIBA Stirling Prize which celebrates the Best Building in the UK.
