Building Awards 2019 shortlisting for six projects
Waterman are delighted that six of our London projects – The Royal College of Pathologists HQ, 12 Endeavour Square, The Bower, The Marq, Gensler HQ – Thomas Moore Square and Neuron Pod – have been shortlisted for the 2019 Building Awards.
Building Magazine’s prestigious annual awards are the industry’s longest-running recognition of excellence, celebrating exemplary design and construction across the industry.
Both The Royal College of Pathologists new HQ and 12 Endeavour Square, now the home of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), are in the running for the marquee prize – ‘Building Magazine Project of the year’. Elsewhere, The Marq has been shortlisted under the ‘Building Performance Award’ category, with The Bower, Gensler HQ – Thomas Moore Square and Neuron Pod selected under the ‘Office Refurbishment Project of the year’ and ‘Small Project of the year (up to £5m)’ categories, respectively.
Award winners will be announced at a gala dinner held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 5th November.
