Capital Dock and IDA Waterford win Irish Construction Excellence Awards
Waterman Moylan is delighted that Capital Dock won the ‘Residential’ award category whilst the IDA Advanced Technology Building in Waterford scooped the prize in the ‘Industrial Under €10m’ category at the virtual Irish Construction Excellence (ICE) Awards on 7 November.
Capital Dock – ‘Residential’
Capital Dock’s prime 4.8 acre-waterfront scheme in Dublin’s central business district comprises a 60,000 m2 mixed-use contemporary office, residential and retail development. The prestigious scheme delivers 190 high-quality residential units across three buildings, one of which is 23-storeys and the tallest in Dublin, and 35,000 m2 of office amenities. Waterman Moylan’s team was appointed by Kennedy Wilson to provide civil and structural engineering services and construction-related health and safety advisory services on the project.
