Dublin’s Tallest Tower Capital Dock Tops Out

We are pleased to celebrate the ‘topping out’ of the prestigious Capital Dock, a mixed-use contemporary office, residential and retail development located in the heart of Dublin’s South docklands.

Capital Dock’s office tower has reached 23-storeys, the highest point structurally. The scheme extends over 4.8 acres and is one of the largest undeveloped sites in Dublin’s central business district, delivering 60,000m2 of new space at this prime waterfront location. The project includes 30,000m2 of office space and 190 high-quality multi-family units across an additional three buildings, one of which will be the tallest tower in Dublin.

Waterman Moylan is proud to have been appointed by Kennedy Wilson to provide civil and structural engineering services and construction-related health and safety advisory services on the project.

Richard Osborne, Director of Waterman Moylan, commented; “We are very proud to have reached this momentous milestone and to be part of delivering the new vision of Dublin’s thriving central business district. It is a great achievement for the entire project team.”

The office space is due to be delivered at Capital Dock early 2018, followed by the residential apartments from mid-2018.
