First phase of Dublin City Council’s O’Devaney Gardens regeneration nears completion

The first phase of Dublin’s ambitious O’Devaney Gardens redevelopment scheme is now nearing completion.

Once complete, this compact urban, 56-unit social housing development will offer a mix of energy-efficient terraced housing and apartments above basements.

Designed by Dublin City Council’s Architecture Department, the buildings are punctuated externally by an attractive mix of brick and brick expression facades, whilst the detailing of the private balconies further reflects the architectural attention to detail.

We are proud to have provided mechanical, electrical, civil and structural engineering support to Dublin City Council, and our specialists also fulfilled the Project Supervisor Design Process role for the duration of the project.

We are excited to see the scheme continue towards completion in the coming months.
