A Waterman Sydney project has picked up the award for the Best Retirement Living Development amongst stiff competition from 8 other finalists across the country.

From shopping centres to schools, and from hospitals to heritage-listed offices, 107 finalists from around Australia recently battled it out to be named as a 2013 Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Award winner at a gala event held at Star City in Sydney.

The Awards celebrate innovation and leading practice within Australia’s property development and investment industries.

Waterman provided building services engineering for Ocean Grove which is a new Seniors Living development in Dee Why. The project was designed to provide a high level of amenity for the residents and was rewarded for its innovative approach to seniors’ living.
