Located next to London’s Old Street roundabout, the Allford Hall Monaghan Morris-led mixed-use 320,000 ft2 landmark offers vibrant retail and restaurant space at ground level with three high-quality office buildings. The project involved the refurbishment of two buildings, The Tower and The Warehouse, to add additional floors and side extensions, as well as a new three-storey office building, The Studio, constructed out of exposed reinforced concrete flat slabs. Waterman’s team provided civil and structural engineering design services. Image courtesy of Timothy Soar
