Quadrant 2 (South) wins BREEAM Awards 2014

The Crown Estate’s Quadrant 2 (South) on Regents Street has been awarded Office development of the year at the recent BREEAM Awards 2014.

Against a high quality field the judges determined that Quadrant 2 (South) was winner, because of its exemplar demonstration of how an existing building of historic value can be regenerated to provide high quality accommodation. The project has achieved an Interim BREEAM 2011 Outstanding certificate and is on course to better the score at the Post Construction Stage.

Waterman EED and Waterman Structures have formed an integral part of the Design Team from the outset, and achieving a BREEAM 2011 Outstanding rating is the culmination of the relationship between the Client and Design Team. The project is the first by The Crown Estates to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding, and will deliver a flagship project befitting of The Crown Estate’s Sustainability Agenda.
