Devon House – Recycled / Refurbished Workplace

On the south side of St Katharine Docks in London, the existing 1989 six-storey riverside building was renovated into a bespoke 93,000 ft2 Cat A office accommodation and exceptional co-working environment adjacent to Tower Bridge. In addition to comprehensive cycle and shower facilities, the estate offers four beautifully landscaped corner terraces on the fifth floor whilst the south facing terrace, overlooking the River Thames, provides one of the best views in the City. Waterman worked closely alongside Stiff + Trevillion Architects to carry out structural engineering design services across the scheme to create a light and airy contemporary feel.
