St James’s Market wins ‘Best Commercial Development’ at the PROPS Awards

We are delighted that our project St James’s Market has won ‘Best Commercial Development’ at the PROPS Awards.

The PROPS is an annual property industry awards event organised by children’s charity, Variety, which seeks to raise money to provide wheelchairs and other equipment for disabled or sick children in the UK.

St James’s Market is the redevelopment of two blocks of commercial buildings into mixed-use retail/commercial buildings between Regent Street and Haymarket, London.

Waterman was appointed by The Crown Estate to deliver structural engineering services as part of their redevelopment plan for the St James’s area.

The winners were announced at the Awards ceremony on 23rd May 2017 at the London Hilton, Park Lane.

Congratulations to all those involved in this exciting project!
