St James’s Market wins ‘Best New Place to Work’ at London Planning Awards

We are delighted that St James’s Market has won ‘Best New Place to Work’ at the London Planning Awards.

The London Planning Awards recognise excellence and showcase examples that are leading the urban renaissance in London.

The ‘Best New Place to Work’ category celebrates recently completed or substantially completed office or mixed-use developments.

St James’s Market is the redevelopment of two commercial buildings into mixed-use retail/commercial premises between Regent Street and Haymarket, London.

Waterman was appointed by The Crown Estate to deliver structural engineering services as part of their redevelopment plan for the St James’s area.

The winners were announced at the Awards ceremony on 18th January at Banqueting House, Whitehall in London.

Congratulations to all those involved in this exciting project!
