St Pancras, Harolds Cross phase one completes

We are delighted to celebrate the completion of the first phase of St Pancras, Harolds Cross, a stunning new development of six spacious houses in the heart of Dublin.

Located on a historic site adjacent to the bustling villages of Terenure, Rathgar and Rathmines, residents can enjoy the best of modern urban living along with the community spirit that these exclusive neighbourhoods offer.

The site plan consists of 4 Bedroom Terrace/End of Terrence (2002 sq.ft), 3 Bedroom Terrance/End of Terrence (1711 sq.ft) and 3 Bedroom Detached (1711 sq.ft) as well as 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

Each St Pancras home has been finished to the highest standards. Internal features include high ceilings, staircases with painted softwood balustrades, varnished polished oak handrails and newel posts. The homes also comprise large windows to maximise the amount of natural light flowing through the rooms as well as designer kitchens and bathrooms with additional storage space and innovative heating systems to ensure they are comfortable and suitable for modern life.

Waterman was appointed by ArchTree Developments Limited to provide multidiscipline engineering services for this urban development.

Paul O’Connell, Managing Director of Waterman Moylan, commented: “We are delighted that the first phase of the St Pancras residential development in central Dublin has reached completion, providing high-quality homes to help meet the housing needs of the city.”
