Tapestry Building shortlisted for Building Award
We are delighted that our project Tapestry Building has been shortlisted for ‘Housing Project of the Year’ at the Building Awards.
The Building Awards are the industry’s longest running and most prestigious recognition of excellence. The ‘Housing Project of the Year’ category is open to house builders, housing providers, developers or members of their project teams who have completed a large development in the UK of at least 15 new units between March 2016 and April 2017.
The Tapestry Building is a 15-storey building across 400,000ft2 which offers an outstanding collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, townhouses and penthouses. It is part of one of the biggest urban projects of its kind in Europe, located just north of King’s Cross and St Pancras international stations in Central London.
Waterman was appointed to provide MEP services design, Acoustic Consultancy, Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) and BREEAM Assessment services for the project.
The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 7th November 2017 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
