The Buttercross shortlisted in Building Excellence Awards Grand Final

We are delighted that the Bower Mapson development ‘The Buttercross’, Witney, has been shortlisted for ‘Best High Volume New Housing Development’ in the Building Excellence Awards Grand Finals 2017.

The award celebrates achievements in the construction industry and reward excellent buildings, outstanding companies, and partnerships and individuals that go that extra mile.
‘The Buttercross’ comprises an extra care apartment block and 106 two, three and four bedroom houses and apartments built using a range of materials sensitive to the Cotswolds style.

Waterman was appointed by Bower Mapson to provide contaminated land, geotechnical and health & safety advice from very early in the project through to completion of remediation and earthworks.

The LABC’s (Local Authority Building Control) Grand Final Awards, follows on from a contest across 12 regions. The winners of the Building Excellence Awards Grand Finals will be announced at a ceremony on 10th November 2017 at Westminster Park Plaza, London.
