Waterman Moylan establishes Building Services division

We are pleased to announce that we have expanded the range of services that can be offered to our property sector clients with the establishment of a building services division at Waterman Moylan.

This will allow for the provision of fully integrated engineering and sustainability consultancy and design for both new building and refurbishment building projects in the future.

The Building Services division has been in operation since the beginning of 2014, and has already secured a number of residential, healthcare and sustainable energy commissions. The division is led by Niall Coughlan. Niall is a graduate of Trinity College and has a strong background in design and project implementation in both public and private sectors.

He has a particular focus on energy efficiency and sustainable design of buildings and is a strong proponent of the importance of early involvement of the building services consultant during the concept development, so that all options for achieving Client objectives for development can be properly assessed.

Niall is a registered BREEAM assessor and registered BER assessor. The Building Services team in Dublin can make use of the specialist building services sections at Waterman Group offices in the UK, as the requirement of particular projects dictates.
