Waterman Moylan strengthens technical management team
We are pleased to announce a trio of promotions which will further strengthen our technical management team.
Emma Caulwell, Brendan Gallagher and Bartosz Borowiak have all become Associates and they will play a key role in the future of our company, helping shape its direction as we look ahead to a positive, post-pandemic future.
Emma Caulwell joined our civil engineering team in 2019, having spent eight years in London with Price & Myers. A Chartered Engineer with a wealth of industry experience, Emma’s extensive portfolio includes major office, residential and mixed-use developments in Dublin city centre, in addition to numerous major greenfield schemes. Highly skilled in drainage and SuDS design, Emma’s expertise encompasses flood risk assessment, water supply design, utilities coordination and all aspects of civil engineering for development works.
A chartered engineer, Brendan Gallagher is an expert in public works, having delivered many social housing schemes and education facilities for the Department of Education as part of our team. Alongside his background in the public sector, Brendan has a deep knowledge of all aspects of civil engineering associated with residential, office, retail and mixed-use projects.
Bartosz Borowiak, an experienced chartered structural engineer, joined our team in Dublin in 2014 after spending three years in our London office. Bartosz’s extensive portfolio features some of the most iconic projects in Ireland and the UK, including the award-winning Victoria Gate John Lewis store in Leeds, Dublin’s Stillorgan LeisurePlex and the Cadenza building on Dublin’s Earlsfort Terrace. With a strong foundation of structural design skills, Bartosz is a specialist in FEM design and BIM coordination.
Waterman Moylan’s Managing Director, Paul O’Connell, said: “I am delighted that Emma, Brendan and Bartosz are joining our management team. Their drive and specialist input will give us great strength in depth to continue the expansion of the company over the coming years. With recent appointments for several exciting projects, including a major office redevelopment on St Stephens Green, apartment developments in Cookstown and Donnybrook and two large residential developments in Adamstown and Clonburris Special Development Zones, Bartosz, Emma and Brendan’s wealth of experience will be a valuable asset for our management team as we look ahead to a bright future for Waterman Moylan.”
