Waterman shortlisted for the APS National CDM Award 2016
We are pleased to have been shortlisted for the APS (Association for Project Safety) National CDM Award 2016, ‘Consultancy of the year’ category.
The award celebrates inspirational good practice within the Design and Construction Health and Safety Risk Management sector, helping to make the industry a safer place for all construction workers.
Our health and safety team were procured by MACE as Principal Designer for the fit-out phase of Siemens’ £160 million wind turbine production and installation facilities project, which will provide a huge boost to the UK’s offshore wind industry and the Humber region.
New APS Chief Executive, Lesley McLeod said; “The Association of Project Safety’s annual CDM awards are a marvellous opportunity to showcase the best of the design and construction health and safety risk management sector and a valuable way to highlight the vital importance of health and safety in construction.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony which will be held on Thursday 27th October at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel in London.
