The building has been re-clad externally with the introduction of red sandstone to the primary Baggot Street elevation and with coloured horizontal tile cladding to the remaining facades. Extensive alterations, reconfiguration and extensions both vertically and in plan increased the lettable floor space by 50% and delivered a modern Grade A office.

We were appointed by Kennedy Wilson to provide civil, structural, traffic and health & safety consultancy services and we worked closely with the design team and the contractor throughout to the completion of this prestigious landmark project.
