Laid out in two wings, each of two storeys, the home has been designed to exceed the latest standards in retirement care for the elderly. The nursing home is integrated into the centre of a substantial residential community, but has its own private gardens for the use of the residents.

We provided full multidiscipline engineering services and also filled the role of Project Supervisor Design Process, coordinating the planning and design process to ensure safety, health and welfare of the residents and staff at the nursing home and the construction staff involved in the project are fully addressed in the final design.
