Minsk City Centre

We carried out multi-disciplinary engineering feasibility analysis for three urban regeneration sites in Minsk City Centre, Belarus, as part of a business case study for foreign investors.

    Middle Eastern Sovereign Wealth Fund

The development comprises more than 600,000m2 of mixed-use facilities across three sites, totalling 22Ha.

Our team provided environmental due diligence services and local solicitors were engaged as sub-consultants to advise the investors on regulatory and procedural aspects of the land development process in Belarus.

A detailed inventory of existing infrastructure (utilities, drainage and transportation) at each site was drawn up via field visits, meetings with local officials and review of engineering record drawings. Proposed development schedules for each site were used to predict future demand on the infrastructure serving each site, while sketch designs of required infrastructure upgrades were developed to support cost estimates for input into the overall business case study.
