Varying from three to six-storeys in height and arranged around a central landscaped podium, the project included demolition of a three block complex of flats, diversion of buried and overhead services and treatment of contaminated ground in an enabling works contract in advance of the main construction works.

Waterman Moylan were the lead consultant for the enabling works contract and our team provided civil and structural engineering for the new build.

The development was the overall winner in the Community Housing Awards in 2011.
