  • GPO, O’Connell St

    The GPO is the last of the great Georgian buildings in Dublin. The main building structure is in granite while the fine portico is constructed of Portland stone.

  • St. Mel's Cathedral

    We were appointed by loss adjusters acting for insurers to provide emergency engineering, carrying out the intervention, salvage and temporary protection and stabilisation works following the catastrophic fire damage at St. Mel’s Cathedral, Longford, which occurred on 25 December 2009.

  • Dublin Civic Offices & City Wall Restoration

    We acted as civil and structural engineers on the restoration of the Civic Offices basement.

  • Dun Laoghaire Fountain

    This cast iron fountain and canopy, erected in 1901, and partially destroyed in 1981, was restored by Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company.

International

  • Battersea Power Station

    Battersea Power Station is a residential led mixed-use redevelopment on a 39-acre site which includes the Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station.

  • Elephant & Castle

    Waterman worked with Lend Lease to put forward planning applications to develop three areas of the £1.5bn Elephant and Castle regeneration project.

  • Heyford Park

    Waterman have been involved with development at this former RAF base near Bicester, since 2009. The site accommodates numerous historic buildings associated with past military operations at the base.

  • UK Supreme Court

    The UK Supreme Court is  a Grade 2* listed building, the refurbishment aimed to provide three new courtrooms, as well as a triple height library.
