Waterman Moylan were delighted to take home the cup at the 18th annual Cosgrave Development’s charity five-a-side football tournament on 6 September.

Hosted at the Railway Union Sports Ground in Sandymount, Dublin, this year’s tournament saw 15 companies across the property sector go head to head to raise money for the Irish Cancer Society, which aims to support those affected by and suffering with Oesophageal Cancer.

With both men and women’s teams competing, Moylan’s Linnaea Cahill and Mark Duignan both successfully captained their teams to victory, beating KSN and Wyse Property Management respectively. Additional prizes for Lady and Man of the Match were also awarded to Jana Ulicna and Richard Miles, both of whom are engineers within our civils team in Dublin.

Mark Duignan, Associate in our civil engineering team and men’s Team Captain, commented; “We are proud to celebrate the success of another year at the Cosgrave Development’s football tournament. In addition to supporting such a great cause, our teams have been able to uphold our win of the women’s title last year as well as the men’s tournament winners in 2017.”
