10 Fenchurch Avenue tops out

We are pleased to celebrate the ‘topping out’ of 10 Fenchurch Avenue, a unique mixed-use building situated within the heart of London’s insurance district. The 15-storey mix-use office building has reached its highest point structurally.

The new 39,760m2 development, as designed by Eric Parry Architects, sets back with a crown type arrangement from the tenth level in addition to a rooftop restaurant and publicly accessible roof garden which offers panoramic views across London. The building also offers a four-storey basement including; car, motorbike and bicycle parking on two levels, accessed via two dedicated car lifts, and plants spread across three levels.

Our Building Services, Sustainability and Acoustic teams were appointed by Generali, Italy’s largest insurance company, to work closely alongside Development Manager CO-RE, Greycoat and Sir Robert McAlpine for this prestigious scheme.

Mark Terndrup, Director of Building Services, commented; “We are very proud to have reached this momentous milestone which is a great achievement for all involved. The project is on programme and we are looking forward to its completion in early 2018.”
