BCIA Awards Win for Marlborough Primary School

Marlborough Primary School took home the Social Infrastructure Project of the Year award at last night’s BCIA’s!

The annual British Construction Industry Awards are among the most sought-after in the industry, with winners recognised across the industry for their outstanding contribution to the built-environment. This year the prestigious event took place at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.

The new school’s design has transformed an urban site into a series of terraces, now housing a school centred around day lit space and external play space. With generously-resourced state-of-the-art facilities, the award-winning design adds to its 2018 RIBA National Award with this BCIA latest award. Waterman provided the Structural Engineering design for the school.

Congratulations to everyone involved with the project!
