Building Services now in Birmingham
Waterman Building Services has appointed a new Director to spearhead our business interests in Birmingham and the Midlands region.
Richard Wilson has joined us to lead the way having spent the past 15 years with Midlands based MEP consultancy Couch Perry Wilkes. He has a wealth of design and contracting experience with specialist knowledge in healthcare and manufacturing. Richard joins our highly established business within the newly opened Cornwall Street offices.

Waterman has had a presence in Birmingham for over 30 years and our team has provided engineering and consultancy services on many high profile projects across the Midlands including Grand Central Birmingham, Bull Ring Birmingham, Touchwood Solihull, MIRA, Telford Shopping Centre, West Midlands Highways Alliance, Elliot’s Field Retail Park and the Manufacturing Technology Centre at Ansty Park. The most recent is the Temple Court office development for Legal & General, now starting on site.
