New offices delivered for IDA Ireland

Industrial Development Authority (IDA) Ireland’s latest premium office development at the National Technology Park in Limerick has been delivered.

The three-storey new build consists of 4,000 m2 of high-quality office space in the well-established 156-hectare Business and Technology Park, located three miles east of Limerick City, which is home to 80 leading international companies.

Our team in Dublin were appointed to provide civil and structural engineering services for the office which is one of four similar schemes delivered for the IDA in Dundalk, Waterford and Tralee. The design incorporates an in-situ reinforced concrete flat slab structure to provide flexibility for future tenants and fit-out purposes, creating a building layout that is suitable for either single or multiple occupancy.

The building has recently been leased by global manufacturer of healthcare products, Johnson & Johnson, as the sole tenant and our team were subsequently appointed to provide structural advice for the fit-out of their offices.
