One Bedford Avenue shortlisted for BCI Award

We are delighted that our project One Bedford Avenue has been shortlisted for ‘Building Project of the year’ at the British Construction Industry Awards (BCIA).

The category ‘Building Project of the Year’ recognises successful project delivery. The aim of the BCIA’s is to celebrate excellence in its broadest sense – from concept, through procurement, design and construction to delivery on time and budget.

One Bedford Avenue is a landmark office and retail development at the South end of London’s Tottenham Court Road.

Designed by Bennetts Associates and developed by Exemplar in partnership with Ashby Capital and The Bedford Estates, this prestigious new build offers 71,000ft2 of office space across seven floors and 14,000ft2 of retail at ground and basement level.

Waterman was appointed to provide structures, MEP, sustainability, fire and acoustics services.

The winners will be announced on 11th October 2017 at Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

Congratulations to all involved in this exciting project!
