Parkeray appoints Waterman for The Clubhouse fit-out at Angel Court
We are delighted to announce our appointment by Parkeray for The Clubhouse fit-out at Angel Court.
The newly completed scheme in Mitsui Fudosan UK (‘Mitsui Fudosan’) and development partner Stanhope plc’s portfolio, provides high quality office space, with a range of new floorplates of up to 27,000 sq ft in a unique core location next to the Bank of England.
The Clubhouse, London’s leading business club, has taken 12,500 sq ft of space at Angel Court, across the building’s seventh and eighth floors. The new luxurious facilities in the City are the latest by The Clubhouse CEO & Founder Adam Blaskey, with his club already operating successfully in Mayfair and St. James’s. With direct access to a large terrace with panoramic views across London. the fit-out includes flexible working space, conference room and meeting spaces – a touchdown space for those travelling between meetings requiring either hot desk or dedicated desk facilities.
Waterman’s team provided multidiscipline engineering services for Angel Court, and will be working alongside specialist fit-out contractor Parkeray and Fletcher Priest Architects to integrate the Mechanical & Electrical services with the interior design as well as providing structural advice for the formation of the new link stair connectivity between the 7th & 8th floor.
