Practical Law publishes paper by Neil Humphrey

In his latest paper published on the 2nd August by ‘Practical Law’, Neil Humphrey, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Waterman’s Infrastructure & Environment business, summarises the role of an environmental consultant in a transaction, looking at the due diligence exercise carried out by the consultant and how that exercise fits into the wider transaction.

It considers the relationship between the environmental consultant and the lawyer and how best they can work together. Furthermore, Neil sets out the important aspects that needs to be considered in the commissioning of environmental due diligence as well as the scoping of the work.

Practical Law is delivered by Thomson Reuters, and is an online legal “know how” service, which provides lawyers with a series of practical resources that support them in their day to day work. It provides practice notes, current awareness and standard documents which are utilised by the legal profession across the UK.
