Six Waterman projects shortlisted for NLA’s New London awards

Waterman is delighted that Six of our projects, Roots in the Sky, YY London, Barts Square, Canada Water Masterplan, Elephant Park and 80 Charlotte Street, have been shortlisted for New London Architecture’s (NLA’s) New London Awards.

Across 14 categories, the awards celebrate projects of all scales, from small, community-led schemes to large mixed-use developments, both built and unbuilt, which demonstrate high quality design, contribute to wider placemaking, advance knowledge and skill in the industry and are designed for longevity.

Nominated for the ‘Unbuilt’ category, Roots in the Sky is a revolutionary office concept featuring an urban forest and community gardens on Southwark’s thriving Bankside. Also in the running for the ‘Unbuilt’ award, YY London is a stunning commercial retrofit scheme which is set to totally transform the iconic 30 South Colonnade building on Canary Wharf’s dockside.
