The Clubhouse re-appoints Waterman for new premises
We are delighted to have been re-appointed by The Clubhouse to provide building services design for their new premises by CEO and founder, Adam Blaskey. The prestigious members club, soon to be opened in 20 St Andrew Street in Holborn London, follows on from The Clubhouse success in Mayfair, St. James’s and Angel Court in Bank.
Occupying 9931sq ft of space across the eighth and ninth floors, the luxury facility will be offering terraces with fantastic views of London, flexible working space, conference and meeting rooms as well as a deli and coffee bar. The scheme will provide a variety of support facilities including event space area and virtual office, charging lockers and phone booths.
Having recently provided mechanical and electrical design at The Clubhouse in Angel Court, Waterman is pleased to be working alongside Fletcher Priest Architects again to carefully integrate the services with their interior design. Our M&E design will cater for cutting-edge features including the award-winning ‘Greenhouse’ meeting space with interactive video wall.
Waterman’s Director, Mark Terndrup, said; “We had the pleasure of working with The Clubhouse and Fletcher Priest on the Angel Court club, and we are delighted to be back in the project team delivering the latest additon to The Club’s portfolio. Their concept is a huge success and we are really proud to deliver another stunning work and meeting place.”
The new Clubhouse is due to open in summer 2018.
