The Minster Building finalist in Mixology Awards

Waterman are delighted that The Minster Building is a finalist within the Large Commercial Interiors Project of the Year category of the Mixology Awards which will be hosted at the Old Billingsgate in London on 20 June.

The Awards showcase the most dynamic and innovative commercial interior design communities at one of the UK’s most admired ceremonies. Each entry is judged by an independent panel of industry experts, including architects, designers, consultants and end-users.

Having opened its doors in February 2018, The Minster Building is an iconic 275,000 ft2 office building located in the heart of London’s insurance district. Designed by BuckleyGrayYeoman, the site comprises 65,000 ft2 of café, restaurant, bar and retail amenities whilst it’s dynamic design attributes include state-of-art technology and carefully planned relaxation spaces, providing its tenants with ultimate comfort and modern well-being. Waterman’s building services and structures teams were appointed by Greycoat on this prestigious development.
