Victoria Gate and Battersea shortlisted for the MIPIM Awards 2017

We are pleased to announce that two of our projects have been shortlisted for the MIPIM Awards 2017. Victoria Gate has been shortlisted for ‘Best Shopping Centre’ and Battersea has been shortlisted for ‘Best Urban Generation Project’.

The MIPIM Awards is an internationally renowned real estate competition at MIPIM, the world’s property market. It honours the most outstanding and accomplished projects, completed or yet to be built, around the world, the very best of the real estate industry.

The category for ‘Best Shopping Centre’ rewards the new shopping centre, retail park or factory outlet which succeeds in encouraging and retaining traffic, whilst offering a unique shopper experience through new technologies, services and architectural features that aim to increase footfall and customer satisfaction. We are proud to have provided multidiscipline services for Victoria Gate and were also appointed by Sir Robert McAlpine to complete the multidisciplinary engineering services design as part of their design and build contract, with additional expertise provided on the acoustics, fire engineering and transportation.
