Victoria Gate wins ‘Best New Building’ at the Leeds Architecture Awards

We are delighted that our project Victoria Gate has won ‘Best New Building’ at the Leeds Architecture Awards 2016.

The Awards recognise and reward innovation, sustainability and team work that is at the heart of successful development and regeneration. They aim to promote a sense of pride in the new developments that are reshaping the city of Leeds and making a major contribution to its future development and prosperity.

Victoria Gate is anchored by the flagship John Lewis store as well as 30 new retailers and restaurants making it the go to premium shopping, leisure and dining destination in the North.

Waterman is proud to have provided multidiscipline services on this prestigious development.

The winners were announced on the 2nd March 2017 at Victoria Hall, Leeds Town Hall.
