Waterman appointed on Notting Hill Housing Association Framework

We are delighted to have been appointed by Notting Hill Housing Association to provide Civil and Structural Consultancy Services on their 4-year Professional Services Framework.

The Framework has been set up to provide call-off contracts with various companies to provide all disciplines from Engineering, Architecture, Planning through to Cost Consultancy.

Our team have now commenced work on their first project through the Framework to deliver Civil and Structural design services plus specialist Flood Risk Consultancy for 265-units in Tottenham Hale.

Notting Hill Housing Trust (NHHT) are one of London’s leading Housing Associations who currently own and manager 32,000 properties across the Capital. They have a strong and diverse development pipeline to provide new affordable housing, working across many boroughs. The Framework has been set up to address their strategic target to build 1,500 new homes in London each year with a mission to ‘provide good quality homes for those who could not otherwise afford them’.

NHHT have also recently confirmed a merger with Genesis Housing, who own and manage 33,000 properties, that will increase their pipeline of developments and hopefully provide additional opportunities.

Mike Broderick, Director of Waterman Structures, commented; “We are delighted to have been appointed on Notting Hill Housing Trust’s Framework. It is an important addition to our portfolio and strategic ambition to increase our involvement in public funded regeneration projects. We look forward to building on this success and developing our relationships with other Housing Associations over the coming years.”
