This includes the primary procurement of Structural Surveying services in addition to Building Surveyor, Mechanical and Electrical engineering, Cost Consultant and Principal Designer.

Our Infrastructure & Environment team will provide Highways / Traffic Consultant for Lot 9 where they will be working collaboratively with the project team to assist with Planning Applications, undertake Transport Assessments, Statements and Scoping Studies, Travel Plans, Road Safety Audits, Detailed Design work, in addition to providing Feasibility Studies of potential access arrangements and Supervision of on and off site Highway Works.

Peter Begbey, Director of Waterman Infrastructure & Environment, commented; “We are delighted to have been appointed on this multidisciplinary framework and look forward to further developing our relationship with these Councils over the coming years.”
