Waterman Staff CPD Award

Waterman Sydney Director Ben North was recently recognised for his efforts in maintaining a healthy CPD (continuing professional development) points tally.

At the 2012 CPD Awards recently held in Melbourne, Ben North (who is a Registered Building Practioner in Victoria) received a High Commendation from the Victorian Building Commission for his efforts. The award recognises Registered Building Practitioners who have completed 15 CPD points in the year and, taken in further training and education and have contributed to their own and the industry’s development and standing.

Ben commented, “CPD is important to individuals in the industry, allowing them to keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends. It allows me to pass on this knowledge to colleagues through training.”

Ben is a mechanical engineer and is currently studying towards an electrical engineering qualification.
