The nine-storey scheme will also see the infill of the existing atrium, creation of a new roof terrace, and will introduce a new main office entrance on Gresham Street and Wood Street. The scheme will create a new corporate headquarters building in one of the City’s most prestigious locations close to the Bank of England, with iconic views of London from the roof terrace.

Waterman provided multidisciplinary design services on the commercial led mixed-use scheme, including building services, structural engineering, environmental and acoustics.

Sustainable features include Heat Pump heating and cooling as well as heat pump fed domestic hot water with a BREEAM Excellent target.
